How do I book easytours Ireland?

You can contact us by phone. The phone number which is an international number is available on the website. To be called during office hours on any given day. Please check your time zone for time differences. You can e-mail the website 24 hours a day, any day.

How many people can easytours cater for at any one time?

easytoursireland can cater for up to six people on an 8-hour day tour (€310) or a 4-hour half-day tour (€190) or any airport or port collection (€80). Further vehicles can be sourced for larger parties by booking in advance by arrangement. There is a separate booking charge depending on the size of the vehicle and the length of time required.

Can we stay somewhere over night?

By prior arrangement, yes it is possible to stay in any hotel of your choice, anywhere in Ireland including charges for the drivers over night stay and food costs.

How long can we spend at each venue we visit?

You can spend as long as you like, bear in mind the fact that the tour time includes the return home travel time

Do we get a chance to go shopping?

Yes. Your whole day can be based on a "shopping tour", if that is what you would like. Or maybe finish in a Dublin shopping area.

Are there costs incurred at any venue?

All the venues except national galleries & museums charge for their internal tour. If you wish to avail of their tour, the prices will be advertised on site.

What happens in the case of a break down?

In the un-likely event of a breakdown, you, the customer will only be charged on the amount of tour time already used and no more. We would get you back to your hotel, as quickly as possible, and you can continue your tour if you wish as soon as your tour vehicle is mechanically sound.

Are the tours wheelchair accessible?

easytours Ireland at the moment cannot cater for wheelchair bound tourists. However, depending on mobility levels, we will do our best. Some of the venues we visit may not be wheelchair accessible, so careful planning may be required.

How can my tour be paid for?

If the tour booking is for more than 1 week you can pay by cheque (check) or the hotel can pay us by putting it on your bill, by prior arrangement. Or simply cash. Because of the international context, most clients feel that cash is best.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

A deposit is not necessary on the €80 price if you want easytours Ireland to collect you from the airport for your hotel transfer. Although a 30% (€93) deposit payable on the day of booking is required for all tours over 8 hours (€310).

How do I cancel my tour?

If easytours Ireland is collecting you at the airport and transferring you to your hotel only the hotel transfer need be paid for (€80). But if you decide to cancel your tour at that point no further charge will be incurred. Otherwise, at least 48-hours notice is required, or you forfeit your deposit of €93.
